Deposit & Cancellation Policy 

We value the business of each and every one of our clients as well as the time of our highly skilled practitioners.


We require a valid credit card be on file at all times and will collect a $100 deposit for ALL services without a pre-purchased treatment package or pre-paid voucher. (Services equaling lesser than $100 will only be charged a $50 deposit.) Even if a service has been pre paid for, you will be prompted to input a credit card when booking. If using a gift card or voucher at checkout, simply specify by clicking 'Add a note' under your treatment.


48-hours’ notice is required for all changes and cancelations in your booking. Any changes or cancellations within less than 48 hours will result in 100% loss of your deposit. No-Shows will result in a charge of the full appointment cost. We do not issue refunds under any circumstance.
